16. Notice of Motion:
The Whangamata Returned and Services Association Incorporated adopts the amendments to the September 2025 Constitution as recommended and endorsed by the committee at their 12th August 2026 meeting. A summary of the amendments is attached which essentially reflect our withdrawal from Royal NZ Returned and Services national association as resolved at the Special General Meeting held 21st June 2026 along with some minor amendments removing duplication of some clauses.

There will be no Election of Officers this year due to there being sufficient nominations for the committee.
The Whangamata RSA Poppy Trust 2026 AGM will be held on completion of the RSA AGM
